On thursday, a band of so called narvalos left Paris on their way to a tour around Europe. They finally got stucked a few hours later at the subway station "Mairie de St Ouen". Hummm.., not very proud they went back home by feet and promised themselves to play from that day on gypsy swing music heavily mixed with funky croonery only. Well yes, sometimes they go down south to Perpignan on the spanish border, where they call themselves after the name "Royal Paris Perpignan" and pretend they are natives of the area by imitating the local slang... They are not dummy. Sometimes they even go to Bruxelles! Then they are the "Royal Ketje Narvalo"! Man, they are so good at imitating the proud accent of the "french fries" and celery-snails capital. They want to go and play in New York streets. They dream about it. In that case, they will be "Paris Narvalos".. because they have been told that over the Atlantic, it sounds so much exotic...
